Zur Geburt.../For a newborn baby

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute zeige ich Euch mal keine Geburtstagskarte im klassischen Sinn, sondern ein Mitbringsel für eine liebe Freundin, die kurz vor der Geburt Ihres Sohnes steht.

Hello dear ones,

today I show you something else than a classic birthday card, it is a gift for a special friend of mine. She will give birth to her son in the next few days.

Das Sentiment auf dem Deckel ist von Kanban, die Blumen von Mulberry Crafts UK, die große blaue Blume ist nach meinem Eisblumentutorial selbstgemacht. Das Designpapier ist von SEI, White Elegance.

The sentiment on the top is from Kanban, the flowers from Mulberry Crafts UK, the big blue flower is selfmade by my "Eisblumen"-Tutorial. The designpaper is from SEI, White Elegance.

Das Bild und das Sentiment auf dem Bild oben ist ebenfalls von Kanban. Das Ribbon habe ich auf der Rückseite auch noch einmal vertikal aufkleben müssen, da die Dose so groß ist, dass das 12x12 inch DP nicht ausreichte, und so konnte ich die Lücke gut verbergen, habe nur leider ein Foto davon vergessen.

The image and the sentiment on picture above is from Kanban too. The ribbon is bonded on the reverse side in vertical way because the can is so big that the 12x12 inch DP is not enaugh to cover it. So I was able to hide the break, sorry, I've forgotten to take a picture of this.

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute zeige ich Euch mal eine Geburtstagkarte in für mich unüblichen Farben, nämlich blau-weiß. Aber da ich mir die Copics u.a. in blau angeschafft habe, passte es gerade.

Den Schmetterling auf dem DP habe ich mit Glossy Accents angemalt.

The butterfly an the DP is covered with Glossy Accents.

Die durchsichtigen Schnörkel und Perlen sind von LaBlanche. Die gerollten Rosen sind aus einem Kaffefilter gemacht, den ich mit Glimmer Mist in unterschiedlichen Blautönen angesprüht habe.

The transparent swirls and pearls are from LaBlanche. The rolled roses are made out of a coffee filter, which I've  sprayed before with Glimmer Mist of different colours of blue.

Das wunderschöne DP ist Sugared Paper Pad von Basic Grey.

The beautyful DP is sugared paper pad by basic grey.

Das Sentiment ist von Kanban, ich habe es noch mit DI bundled sage eingefärbt.

The sentiment from Kanban is coloured with DI bundled sage.

Der Schmetterling ist von Prima, die Swirls sind aus dem grünen CS gestanzt und mit Stickles Peeled Paint versehen.
The butterfly is from Prima, the swirl are punched out of the green CS, which is covered with Stickles Peeled Paint.

Die gerollten Rosen sind aus dem DP mit den Stanzen von Marianne Design (englische Rose und chinesische Rose) ausgestanzt und die Ränder mit DI Walnut Stain gewischt.

The rolled roses are punched out of the DP with a die from Marianne Design (English Rose and Chinese Rose), the edges are distressed with DI Walnut Stain.
