Ice Cream Birgitta - GD für Take Time for You Challenge #71 Sommer

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

es ist wieder Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei Take Time for You: #71 Sommer. 

Und was gibt es Schöneres als im Sommer irgendwo am Strand zu liegen und ein leckeres Eis zu essen? Daher habe ich mich für Ice Cream Birgitta von C.C. Designs entschieden. Da ich am Freitag frei hatte, habe ich mich ein wenig im Colorieren geübt, speziell der Haare. Ich habe jetzt tolle Beispiele von Brigitta mit blonden Haaren und gebräunter Haut (hier zu sehen) und mit schwarzen sowie roten Haaren und heller Haut, die bekommt Ihr in den nächsten Tagen zu sehen, wenn ich es geschafft habe, damit eine Karte zu basteln.

it's time for a new challenge at  Take Time for You: #71 Summer.

 I think in the summer there is nothing better than lying somewhere at the beach and have a yummy ice cream. So I've decided to use Ice Cream Birgitta by C.C. Designs for my card. Because I didn't have to work on Friday I took the opportunity to work on my colouring, particularly colouring hair. I've spent some time but now I guess I've some good examples of Birgitta with blond hair and tanned skin (see this card) and with black as well as red hair with light skin tones. I hope I could show you cards with the other Birgittas in the next days if I'm able to craft cards with them. 

Hier auf dem Foto könnt Ihr auch ganz gut sehen, dass ich das Eis noch mit Glossy Accents und Ice Stickles (Nomen est Omen :-) überzogen habe.

On this picture you could see, that there is some Glossy Accent and some Ice Stickles (Nomen est Omen :-) on the ice cream.

OA - Surprise (Amelia, TGF) - GD für Take Time For You

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute ist es wieder Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei Take Time for You: #70 Flowers and Buttons. Ich darf Euch hierzu meine Karte als GD zeigen. Entstanden ist dabei eine Geburtstagskarte für ein 4jähriges Mädchen, die unbedingt lila werden sollte. Ich hoffe, sie ist ausreichend lila geworden. Als Motiv habe ich die Amelia vom Set OA - Surprise gewählt. Ich finde die Motive von The Greeting Farm einfach zu goldig, habe aber leider bislang zu wenig davon, aber das kann sich ja noch ändern. ;-)

today there is a new challenge at Take Time for You: #70 Flowers and Buttons. I could show you my card as GD today. It's a birthday card for a little girl (4 years old) which has to be a lilac one. I hope this card is lilac enough. I choosed the image of Amelia from OA - Surprise, I like the images from The Greeting Farm very much, they are soo cute, but till today I've not many of them, I guess that will be change. ;-)

Den Namen und die Zahl 4 habe ich aus lila Spiegelkarton ausgestanzt, das kann man glaube ich auf dem Foto oben ganz gut erkennen.

The name and the number 4 is a punched with a Sizzix die out of lilac mirrorboard. I think you could see it on the pic above.

Lazy Afternoon - GD für Challenge #69 Jungen/Männerkarte bei Take Time for You

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute darf ich Euch meine erste Karte als GD für Take Time for You vorstellen. Das Thema der heutigen Challenge #69 lautet Jungen/Männerkarte. Was lag da näher, als für meinen Schatz eine Geburtstagskarte zu basteln. Und da dieser bereits am 07.06. Geburtstag hatte, kann ich Euch die Karte auch unbesorgt zeigen.

Wenn Ihr bereits einige Zeit meinen Blog verfolgt, ist Euch bestimmt aufgefallen, dass ich hier das erste Mal echte (Maschinen-) Nähte habe, ich liebe das jetzt schon! Eigentlich dürften die aber noch gar nicht auf dieser Karte sein, ich habe nämlich erst am 17.06. Geburtstag und dann bekomme ich endlich meine heißersehnte Nähmaschine geschenkt. Aber ich musste ja schließlich ausprobieren, ob sie auch funktioniert. ;-)

today I could show you my first card as GD at Take Time for You. The theme of our todays challenge #69 is "a card for a man/boy". So I made a birthday card for my hubby. And cause he had already his birthday on June, 7th, I could show you his birthday card without a care.

If you are already a follower, you might have noticed that I've made real stitches with a machine for the first time and I love it! But actually the stitches have not to be on a card yet, because  the sewing machine is a gift for my birthday an Sunday. But I've had to try the machine if everything works. ;-)

Coloriert habe ich mit Prismacolor Stiften. Mir fehlt noch ein bißchen die Übung (ist erst meine 2. Coloration), aber ich bin schon ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Außerdem muss ich mal daran denken, mir aufzuschreiben, welche Stifte ich benutzt habe.

I've coloured the image with my Prismacolor Pencils. I must give them one or more tries but it's my second colouration with Prismacolors and so I'm happy with the result.
